1. Deadlines and Refunds

  For registration cancellations made more than 30 calendar days in advance, 90% of the registration fees will be refunded.
• ●
  For registration cancellations made between 15 and 30 calendar days in advance, 50% of the registration fees will be refunded.
• ●
  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days prior to the event.
• ●
  If the event is cancelled by the organizer, 100% of the payments received will be refunded.

2. Cancellation Procedure

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to fgu@usal.es.

• Requests must include the full name of the registered participant, their ID/National ID/Passport number, and the email address used for registration.
• If the registration fees were paid by bank transfer, the request must also include the bank account number and the account holder’s name.

Note: Cancellations submitted by phone or through other means will not be accepted.
