1. Welcome Reception

The reception will take place on Wednesday, 15 July. Please note that confirmation is required to attend this event.

2. Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner will take place on the evening of Thursday, 16 July.

Cost

Participants: 35€ (Partially sponsored by the local organizing committee)

For participants wishing to attend the Gala Dinner, the registration fee will be increased by 35€.

Accompanying persons: 80€

3. Friday Social Activities

In the afternoon of Friday, 17 July, two social activities will be offered.
